Fuji Becomes a Member of the 3D Printed Electronics Alliance

02/06/2023

Fuji Corporation has recently become a member of JAMES (Jetted Additively Manufactured Electronics Sources), a 3D printed electronics association that aims to create a collaborative community for professionals and enthusiasts in various fields to drive the development of additive manufacturing in 3D printed electronics.

Through this partnership, Fuji and JAMES will work together on upcoming projects and share insights to develop new ideas and solutions that meet the needs of the 3D manufacturing industry. As part of the alliance, Fuji will have access to JAMES community members, gaining knowledge of market trends, demands, and insights.

Meanwhile, JAMES members will benefit from Fuji's expertise in pick-and-place machines and access to their technologies. Among the other dozen or so members of the alliance are Fraunhofer IKTS, NanoDimension, and Technical University of Liberec. Fuji's FPM-Trinity model is an electronics 3D printer that combines resin substrate printing, circuit printing, and component mounting in a single machine.

JAMES was established to promote the development of 3D printed electronics by creating a platform for professionals and enthusiasts from different fields to collaborate and share knowledge. The association aims to drive innovation in this emerging field and facilitate the adoption of 3D printed electronics technologies in various industries.

With the addition of Fuji Corporation as a member, JAMES gains access to their latest technologies and expertise in pick-and-place machines, which will be valuable for other members who are also working on similar technologies. Moreover, the partnership with Fuji will help JAMES keep up-to-date with the latest market trends, demands, and insights, which will be useful for future initiatives and projects.

Fuji's FPM-Trinity model is highly innovative as it combines resin substrate printing, circuit printing, and component mounting in a single machine. This technology has the potential to revolutionize the manufacturing process for electronic devices, making it faster, more efficient, and cost-effective.

Overall, the partnership between JAMES and Fuji Corporation is a significant development for the 3D printed electronics industry. With the shared goal of driving innovation and development, this collaboration is expected to result in the creation of new ideas, solutions, and products that will benefit the industry as a whole.
